HYC EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGE
In order to serve us better, Qwest has changed our email address. Our new email address is heartlandyouthch@qwestoffice.net. For the next several months messages sent to our old address will automatically be forwarded to the new address, but please make the change in your address book now. We don't want to miss any messages from you! And be patient with us as we change all of our forms.
COOKIE DOUGH/PIZZA SALES
Before spring break you received information on selling tubs of cookie dough and tubs of personal pizzas. Proceeds from this sale go into your individual touring accounts. These are easy items to sell and the profit margin is good. Each tub of cookie dough sells for $13 and $5.20 goes into your account. A tub of five personal-size pizzas sells for $15 and $6 goes into your account. Orders and money are due at your rehearsal on April 6. You will pick up your orders at the final WorldSongs rehearsal on Saturday, April 26. (This is also the time you pick up your Flower Fair orders, so make sure you have ample space in your vehicle for both orders!)
CANDY BAR SALES
Chamber has the opportunity to sell candy bars again to raise funds for your tour accounts. Bars will be available for you to check out at rehearsal. Each bar sells for $1 and you get 50’ put into your account. Candy bars are an easy sell item who doesn't like chocolate?
TOUR
Your next tour payment of $125 is due on April 15. Remember to make all payments on time so that we can make our payments and deposits on time! All touring singers and parents need to submit a photo copy of your passport ASAP. You can turn it in at rehearsal or mail it to HYC. Singers will receive a rehearsal availability calendar today. Please turn this in on Sunday, April 6.
